Fun Videos

Here are a few videos that we made this summer. She has gotten so big that these videos seem so old! While Abby is eating the blueberries, she actually has a blue lip from a fall. She is talking in complete sentences almost. I am being lazy and typing while the videos download so I am not sure where the text will end up!

Fall Fun

I was going through Abby's clothes and putting them in a container when she found this pumpkin costume she was supposed to wear LAST Halloween! It wouldn't close in the back!

Lubbock Visit

We went to Lubbock to visit Grandma and Papaw.
We did get to see Kyle's nieces before they left for the weekend.

We went to Prairie Dog town to see the prairie dogs do their backward flips!

Abby is showing her skills in vacuuming. I don't know if you can hear it or not but when she turns off the machine she says, "Alright!"

This week we are also working on drinking milk from a sippy cup. Fun Fun!!!

I had Career Camp at the zoo this week so I am showing you some of the pictures I was able to take while we were cleaning exhibits.

I included a video of a black rhino named Chalupa "charging" her enrichment of bamboo frozen in a block of ice.  She finally settled down and ate the bamboo.

Wild week!

There has been so much going on this week.  I am typing in the dark because the storms knocked out our electricity.  

I am also healing from my gall bladder surgery from this morning. I thought Vicodin Extra Strength made  you sleepy.

Mother's Day

I know I am a little behind on my blogging so will try to catch up! Mother's Day was wonderful once again. I wanted a good hamburger so Abby and her daddy took me to Kincaid's hamburgers. It was so good. We went home and took a nap in the chair. I am including last year's picture and this year's picture.20082009

Swine Flu

Hello,
We got two days off of school for the Swine Flu so Abby and I took full advantage of the time off!

Abby is now wearing 24 month clothes. The pants are a little long so we have to roll up the leg, that comes from her mommas side of the family!

Walking and checking out the flowers in the flower bed. Abby loves it outside so we are ready for a nice, warm day to go out and play for a while.

Spring Break

Spring Break was great! When it finally warmed up my little gardener decided to play in the dirt. We took many baths this week!

The flowers you see are actually growing in my flowerbed. I know many of you know I don't have a green thumb. Luckily these plants are hard to kill!


I finally found shoes to fit Abby's biscuit feet. She loves them but for only a few minutes. She like to venture out into the yard which may have stickers so we have to put shoes on! The next blog will be video from this past week. She is getting so big and is so funny! Stay tuned!
